LTV = ACV Γ— Gross Margin Γ— (1 Γ· Churn Rate). CAC = Annual S&M Γ· Annual New Logos. Payback = CAC Γ· (ACV Γ— GM Γ· 12). Cohort model applies monthly churn survival curve with expansion overlay. Segment economics use multipliers on the base ACV, churn, and CAC.
